Though Norgren has a strong product portfolio, their real value lies in service, technical expertise and innovation – Newman Zander were once appointed to build a portfolio of images within Norgren departments in Europe. Agency Wyatt International’s brief was to drive this message home to customers in all sectors. Simultaneously, Wyatt were asked to provide guidance on their ‘brand hierarchy’ – finding ways to logically structure and represent the many businesses within their estate. Agency Wyatt began with international customer research to gain a real insight into the current perceptions and challenges. Using this knowledge, we then worked with Norgren teams in Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pac to develop new and powerful visual brand messaging which unified Norgren – and its constituent businesses – into a cohesive whole.
Following extensive development, we helped Norgren launch this new brand both internally and externally in a totally integrated, through the line campaign. Wyatt International required an enthusistic partnership form Newman Zander to creatively enterprite marker visual ideas into reality.
